Japan Business Management Visa

In 2006, the Immigration Bureau of Japan (hereinafter referred to as "the Immigration Bureau") established an investment and business visa for those who welcome entrepreneurs and settlers in Japan. In order to attract more foreign management talents to settle in Japan and enhance the vitality of the Japanese economy, the plenary session of the House of Councillors of Japan passed the Amendment to the Immigration Control Law on June 11, 2014, and officially implemented the Amendment to the Immigration Control Refugee Law on April 1, 2015. One of them is to change the "investment business visa" to "business management visa", and from then on, more emphasis is placed on the applicant's business and management talents in the company.
